Limited edition chorus frog pins!

Each year we will be coming out with a new ephemeral wetland breeding amphibian pin. The pin for 2023 is the ornate chorus frog! Ornate chorus frogs are found in dry upland habitats (like sandhills) and pine flatwoods in the southeastern Coastal Plain. In Florida, they are only found as far south as Lake County. Ornate chorus frogs are winter breeders, migrating down to their wetlands from November to March. Like the striped newt, our first pin, these frogs are ephemeral pond obligates, they only breed in isolated, fishless wetlands.

Be sure to provide your shipping address if you need your pins shipped, and your contact info if we are to arrange pick up.

Each enamel pin is 1" long.

The photo, by Pierson Hill, was the inspiration for Ashley Hopkins' beautiful artwork (2nd image below) that was used to design these pins.
